    In review of this article, there are many positive externalities of education. These educated people receive higher incomes than less educated people. It also creates a more productive and versatile labor force. Some also say there is less need for law-enforcement and welfare programs.

    I firmly belive that not enough attention is made toward the positive externalities of educatoin. The positive turns out to be the community. The community is better of with educated people so the economy and overall health of the community is better. These people are more educated so they produce better decisions, not only with money but possibly better mayors or governors, thus leading to a more productive community.
