The Economics of Credit Card Responsibility

One of the major provisions of the 2009 Credit Card Act was its limiting the solicitation of credit cards to people under the age of 21.  People 20 and under essentially need their parents' permission to get a credit card, and these cards are extremely limited in the amount of credit made available.
